Case Study: A Resource for Recovery
We worked with a statewide public health non-profit to develop a campaign to improve attitudes around mental health and substance use disorders. The campaign needed a singular place to send community members looking for recovery resources and educational information. We researched the resources needed for the site, worked with partners to identify priority content and design requirements, and engaged stakeholders throughout to make sure what we were building would be relevant and support their work. Recovery experts and people in recovery have noted the user-friendly design makes the site easy to access, and site traffic has increased tri-fold.
