• Engaged people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to design a people-centered, trauma-informed leadership and workforce development curriculum

• Launched a statewide grassroots organizing campaign that won wage increases for direct support professionals

• Led a series of community performances and dialogues engaging upwards of 200 people in conversation breaking down stigmas against people with substance use disorders entering recovery
