Strategists and organizers at their core, each member of the team at Systems Change Strategies has come together to support progressive causes and business ventures to create meaningful, lasting change, through a shared commitment to equity, access, and service. With a wealth of experience in nonprofit operations, government, grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, strategic communications and public policy, Systems Change Strategies is an organization driven by its values and shaped by its people.

Michael serves as the principal strategist and operations manager of the firm. He has a breadth of experience in government relations, public relations, digital organizing, fund development, and strategy. He has worked as the lead organizer of statewide summits, fundraising campaigns, political campaigns, strategic planning meetings, and reorganizations/rebranding efforts.
Michael received his B.A. from Vassar College, where he majored in Psychology and Computer Science.

Anne performs compliance research, develops program design, and works directly with clients to ensure project success from start to finish. Anne is experienced in the fields of public policy, education, legislative advocacy, grassroots organizing, and political campaigns.
Anne received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and holds a M.A. in Elementary Education.

Paula creates printed and digital visual content and assists with digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Paula has seven years of experience working as a graphic designer and digital marketer for various nonprofits, small businesses, and large corporations.
Paula received her B.A. in Sociology and Peace and Conflict Studies. She is also working towards an M.S. in Digital Marketing and Design at Brandeis University.

Lauren coordinates and oversees the big picture and daily operations of campaigns, producing tangible results while making a positive impact. Lauren is experienced in the fields of labor relations, employee benefits, and political campaigns.
Lauren received her B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in International Relations from the University of Rhode Island.

Meara performs development and campaign research, conducts fundraising, drafts communications content, and manages digital tools and databases to advance systemic change. Meara is experienced in municipal and state-level legislative advocacy as well as being an active anti-racist organizer.
Meara received her B.A. in Philosophy from Lawrence University and an M.S.W. in Community Organizing, Planning, and Development with a concentration in Policy from Hunter College.
